Return & Exchange Policy

At Blinkefy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.Timeframe:

  • You may request a return within [7] days of receiving your order, depending on your store’s set policy.

2.Condition of the Product:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage due to misuse may not be eligible for return or may incur additional charges.
  • Video proof of unboxing must require for any claim on refund, return or replacement

3.Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required to process all returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable).
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
  • Any product with obvious signs of use or missing parts not due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

1.Inspection on Delivery:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

2.Reporting Damage:

  • You must notify us within [48 hours] of delivery if your product has arrived damaged or defective.
  • Include photographs and video a clear description of the damage or defect for faster processing.

3.Resolutions:

  • If your item is confirmed damaged or defective, we will replace, repair, or offer a full refund, depending on the issue and stock availability.

4. Return & Exchange Process

1.Contact Us:

  • Email us at support@blinkefy.com or call +91 95123 95126 with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

2.Authorization:

  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on shipping the item back or arranging for pickup (when available).

3.Shipping the Item:

  • Pack the product securely to avoid further damage.
  • You may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

4.Inspection & Confirmation:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm if it meets our return criteria and notify you via email or phone.
  • Once Product is received for repaired product will be process within 7 days.
  • Repaid Product Will be delivered within 7-12 days across India.

5.Delivery Time

  • Exchanged or replaced Product will be delivered within 5 to 8 days.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

1.Refund Method:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank account, UPI, etc.), unless otherwise requested.

2.Processing Time:

  • Please allow [7 business days] for refunds to be processed and appear in your account.

3.Partial Refunds:

  • In cases where items are returned in a condition different from the one shipped (e.g., missing parts, signs of use), only a partial refund may be granted.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your product for a different variant or if you received a defective/damaged item, please contact us with the details and additional Rs. 1800 would be charge if new product replacement required (courier charge would be extra).
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will process the exchange, subject to availability.

7. Warranty & Repairs

1.2-Year Warranty:

  • Our Automatic Electric Aarti Machines come with a 2-year warranty on repairs.

2.Replacement Option:

  • Within the warranty period, you may opt for a full machine replacement for a nominal charge of ₹1800, plus any applicable courier costs.

3.Courier Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for repair or replacement unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellations

1.Order Processing Time:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

2.Refunds for Cancellations:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded via the original payment method within [7 days].
